AGE
Married or Living Together Couples - The male must be between the ages of 28 and 75.
Same-sex Couples - Both of them must be between the ages of 30 and 75.
Legally Single Women - Must be between the ages 30 and 75.

WORK STATUS
Must be gainfully employed or retired at the time of travel.
Unemployed and students (part-time or full-time) are not eligible.
Prospects who work in the travel industry, hotels, Vacation Clubs, travel agencies, airlines, UVC, MBC, GBS employees, or their family members are not eligible.
Costa Rica prospects - For Living Together Couples, the woman must qualify as a single woman but they both must have full-time jobs.
Costa Rica prospects - Not considered a full-time job if working hours have been reduced or their contract has been suspended.

CREDIT CARD
Must physically present 2 major Credit Cards (no departmental, corporate nor check/debit cards).
Only 1 Credit Card is required for residents of South and Central America, the US, and Canada.
Costa Rica prospects - 1 Credit Card Platinum, Black, Infinitum, or 2 Gold Credit Cards, issued by different banks (no departmental, corporate nor check/debit cards).

LANGUAGE
Qualified participants must both speak fluent English or Spanish.

MARITAL STATUS
Proof of cohabitation is required. Examples: IDs with matching address or last name, utility bills, lease agreement, marriage certificate.
Single men are not eligible.
Women who are not Legally single or divorced are not eligible.
Prospects traveling without their spouse or significant other when living together are not eligible.

PRESENTATION
Customers must complete a 120-minute sales presentation during their stay, the presentation can’t be scheduled for check-in nor check-out dates.
Customers must have 4-hour periods available, without tours nor prepaid activities for the day of the presentation.
Customers who took a UVC presentation within the last 12 months are not eligible.
Costa Rica prospects - Prospects who are not appropriately invited to the presentation will be considered CT.

COUNTRIES
Must be a resident of Mexico, Central America, South America, the US, or Canada.
Customers living in Mexico for over 5 years will be considered residents of Mexico.
Residents of Guanacaste are not eligible for Costa Rica.
Residents of Puerto Rico and other Caribbean Islands are not eligible when traveling to a Caribbean Island.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP
GlobeQuest, Casa Dorada, or UVC members, exits, beneficiaries, or direct family members (children/parents) are not eligible.
Costa Rica prospects - If they have a canceled UVC membership they are not eligible.

GROUP TRAVEL
2 couples or families traveling together are accepted. Only one will be qualifiable and both couples must attend the presentation.
3 couples or families traveling together will be considered not eligible.

OTHER
Prospects who own a property at the destination where they will be traveling and taking the presentation are not eligible.
